Everyday Ethics, Spring 2013
Every day, each of us make numerous ethical decisions… but this doesn’t make them easy. For thousands of years, from ancient works of Philosophy to op-eds in popular newspapers, we have been trying to figure out the right way to act. Judaism has its own unique perspective. In this semester we will delve into questions of business ethics, medical ethics, social ethics, and more. We will demonstrate the relevance and insightfulness of our tradition when applied outside of the classroom to the trickiest struggles of everyday living.
