I see that the program is now a 2 year experience. I participated last year and/or the year before. Can I apply this year?

Yes! Because the Kohelet Fellowships Program has been revamped, anyone who has participated in the past may still apply this year (2011-2012) for the new, 2 year experience. If you are accepted, you will be part of a cohort of fellows in your community who will participate together for 2 years.
